What we are best at answering
- Corrections. A wrong dimension, a misquoted source, a broken link, a product that has been discontinued. These are handled first and the fix is noted on the page, per our editorial policy.
- Fitment questions. If you can tell us what your feeder is mounted on and roughly what is within ten feet of it, we can usually point you at the right page.
- Gaps. If there is a question this site should answer and does not, tell us. Several pages here exist because the question was obviously being asked and nobody was answering it properly.
What we cannot help with
- Animals inside a building. A squirrel or raccoon in a roof, soffit or attic is a structural and legal matter, there may be young present, and sealing an entry with an animal inside is both cruel and expensive to undo. That is a job for a licensed wildlife control operator.
- Product warranty or order problems. We are not a retailer and we hold no stock. Contact the seller or the manufacturer.
- Requests to review a product in exchange for a sample. We accept no free products, and we do not test anything — see how we pick.
